The merchant clarified that he has done everything that he does not need to imagine as his colleague. He was not to blame. He was adamant from the beginning that he was a helpless businessman. He had argued and asked to be allowed to remain fashionable. There was no harm in visiting him. He was able to put his clothes back on and disappeared.
