Why is management considered a multi-facted concept?
Management considered a multi-facted concept because it has three dimensions which are describe in below:
(1)Management of work: All the organizations have to perform some work such as production or sale. A Management target to the goals that it’s achieved, and it also measures work progress by measuring how much work remains to be done to achieve that goal or goals.
(2)Management of people: The main asset of an organization is human labour. Managing people is extremely important. Personal goals have to be achieved along with the firm’s goal.
(3) Management of operations: All the organizations either engage in producing a good or selling a good. It like a primary work for management. This production process requires management.
