Management features are completely backward, because-
(i) Formal management and formal training is also required to manage the profession of doctors, advocates etc.(ii) Then if a person has to take formal training. Similarly, formal education is very necessary to become a skilled director. There are various educational institutions and training systems in the country to meet the need for such formal education.
